Hypnotherapy
As previously mentioned, I am also a qualified ABH Master Hypnotherapist. I use hypnotherapy in conjunction with my coaching and NLP skills to facilitate change within my clients. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful technique that can result in very positive and beneficial changes, and is used for a wide range of issues including such as:

- Anxiety

- Dealing With Emotional Issue
- Breaking Habits
- Managing Pain
- Phobias
Being hypnotised is not dissimilar to being sleepy or in a daydream, all sensations which we all experience on a daily basis. These are both "trance states" and we slip in and out of trance naturally every single day. Hypnotherapy is simply a method of putting you into your own trance state to work on solving your problems.
Hypnotherapy works directly with the unconscious mind (the part of your mind that uses images, memories, feelings, intuition, and non-sequential thinking). Imagine that your mind is an iceberg, floating in the water. The small part of the iceberg exposed is your conscious mind, the rest of the huge iceberg remains submerged underwater and can be compared to the unconscious mind. As a hypnotherapist, I use my skills to access and communicate with your "submerged" unconscious mind in order to facilitate positive change within you.
Some clients opt for individual hypnotherapy sessions, others choose to take advantage of my coaching and NLP skills also, alongside the hypnotherapy. I will discuss your needs during the your initial session, and then tailor a session or course of sessions to suit your requirements (this excludes stop smoking sessions which consist of just one very powerful session).
Stop Smoking In Just One Powerful Session
A stop smoking session consists of a very powerful session, in which I draw upon all my skills to enable you to change the way that you think about smoking. I have an extremely high success rate, and am very experienced in helping people to become non-smokers and live a happy and healthy life.
The stop smoking session lasts approximately 1hr 45 mins, and costs just £149. During a stop smoking sessions you will experience coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (think Paul McKenna to understand NLP), and hypnotherapy. I will only work with clients who REALLY want to become non-smokers, and this is discussed at the start of the session. The session will have a huge impact on the way that you think about cigarettes, and this work on your mind will in turn affect your behaviour, allowing your to live a healthier, happier and longer life!
