I am happily married, living on the coast with my husband and 3 children. Over the past 12 years, I have worked as a self-employed fitness/gym instructor and personal trainer in the local community, this has greatly fuelled my passion for motivating and inspiring! I also have a holistic background and am qualified in both reflexology and massage, so am aware of how important it is to “take time out” to relax and “clear our minds”. My husband and I also own 2 other businesses, “Helston Hot Tubs” and “Pro Mobility”. Four years ago we did the unthinkable and sold our house to finance the start of these. WE ONLY LOOK BACK TO APPRECIATE OUR SUCCESS.

When you begin to believe in yourself you will be amazed at the changes you can make. I know because I have been through it myself……11 years ago I had no self confidence….none….absolutely zilch. I coached myself through a very difficult time and made some huge positive changes in my life. I can honestly say that I now absolutely love my life and have never been happier. I have an absolutely gigantic “zest for life”…I just love meeting new people, having new experiences and constantly learning. I love the outdoors…walking my dogs across the beach on a windy day in the winter, I love to ski and look down from the top of a breathtakingly beautiful snow covered mountain. But most of all, I love to life coach, because my passion for enabling clients to change their lives is and always has been straight from my heart and soul.

I qualified as a life coach with Achievement Specialists, whose course is accredited by the European Coaching Institute, and hold an LCH Diploma. I also trained with Active NLP, first gaining an NLP Diploma, then my IAAPT/INLPTA NLP Practitioner qualification. I regularly “top up” my training by attending various courses/seminars.
