NLP
NLP refers to Neuro Linguistic Programming. As previously mentioned, I am both a qualified life coach and NLP Trainer. NLP is a set of tools and techniques that deals with unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour, it then introduces new, positive and constructive ways to improve your life.
NLP can be thought of as an owner's manual for the brain. At school we learnt many things, such as English, Mathematics and Science, but we did not learn how to feel good, communicate effectively or have good relationships.....and that's where NLP comes in. NLP can and will change your life. As a result of using NLP, I have helped many people bring their dreams to life and make huge things happen, life crises have been solved, phobias cured, relationships turned around, families have been re-united, successful new careers have begun…….because when NLP is used, people start living the lives they really want to be living.
NLP is a very powerful tool for confidence and motivation…..it makes you more aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. You will discover what really makes you tick, and begin to make crystal clear decisions about what your want from work and life. It will enable you to break down any limiting beliefs, so that you begin living the life you really want!
I speak from experience, NLP has changed my life, and many of my colleagues. More and more people are turning to NLP Practitioners/Life Coaches every day. It is now widely accepted that NLP is a very powerful tool for change, results are rapid and outstanding, even after just one session.
I use NLP widely within my coaching practice, and it also forms the basis of many of my motivational events and is used widely within my business training packages too.
