“Life coaching has helped me to realise that you are in charge of your life and you only have one, so why should you not live it the full.
I seemed to go from one depression state to another. I had everything to live for, I was 42, divorced, remarried to a lovely man, two healthy grown up children, lovely home, good job and fairly healthy. For some reason it just didn’t seem good enough. Every knock sent me into a low and each low point became closer to the next and before long I was on a constant low.
I came across life coaching by accident and thought I had nothing to loose so I would give it a go. Maria made me feel comfortable and it was easy to openly discuss what I thought were problems.
